In addition, based on your approval and direction we involve family members in care planning and delivery, as well as providing them with the resources, education, and/or emotional support they may need to better care for you during your recovery.

At Health1st Home Health Services, we provide compassionate healthcare service to patients with acute or chronic illnesses and/or diseases. Our nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and home health aides teach our patients to prevent new diseases, promote recovery, restore health, teach patients and families about their illness, and empower the patient and their families to actively participate in care planning. Our home health aides care for our patients and support their families in activities of daily living. In addition, we help patients maintain their personal hygiene and dignity regardless of their health conditions.

Specialty services provided by our expert clinicians address the specific needs of patients with acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, COPD, obesity/weight management, asthma, CHF, just to mention a few.
